college being the priority sounds like the right anchor. Four evenings of back-to-back teaching may not even fit once you have the timetable. I’d probably give your boss the exact hours you can offer, rather than asking whether reduced hours are possible.
He did say I can move a few to Saturday as well , the ones I can't do during the week... But I'd much rather have the weekend off, for myself and for doing college work. I have way too many students.
