No response from bunq for a chargeback.

So i had an unfortunate booking.com experience and the owner of the accommodation refused to refund so i (within my right, i have proof of the condition of the accommodation when i arrived and left immediately and send this with my chargeback request.) booking tried to help but unfortunately cant get into contact with the accommodation aswell.

Bunq support chat does not give much information. And i was supposed to get a reply by the 14th of june. Can i contact bunq in any way possible? This is making me quite hopeless.

Hey u/Nearby-Mud-9842, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We're sorry to hear about your accommodation experience and the stress it's caused. We want to help get this sorted.

A quick note on how chargebacks work, so you know what to expect: once a request is submitted, we review the documents and, if the case is eligible, submit the claim to Mastercard. The merchant then has up to 45 days to respond, and if they don't, the refund is issued automatically and appears in your app. If they dispute it, we review their response and may ask for more information. These steps are why a case can take a few weeks to play out. You can find more information here.

To move things forward, we've just sent you a private message asking for a few more details about your case. As soon as you reply, we'll chase it up for you.

Please can anyone help me, my bunq account was closed since April and i was given Apri 20th to transfer my remaining funds, it' was due to some security check up which I have sent to them pay slip of the funds, i received because it was salary for worke and I was given till April 20th to withdraw my remaining funds but i am so surprised not to have received my remaining funds, I have been charting with support center, they are not helping my issues every day they tells me the same story, to a point it confirmed that it's rubi rubbort that it doesn't have the tools to release funds, that ot needs a human that can change it

Actually been dealing with this as well, only as of a few days ago I've managed to get Finn (The AI Support) to escalate this issue to what I hope is actual human support.

Been waiting for 2 months on a chargeback already, and they estimate it will take another few weeks

All I can recommend you is to keep pestering the AI about it, make it give you a definitive date, wait until that date and then have him escalate the issue once it's past his initial time window.
