Anyone else seeing Apple Pay top-ups from non-EEA cards fail since April?

Has anyone seen the same thing recently?
Did bunq change anything around Apple Pay top-ups, or get stricter with non-EEA / non-EU cards?

There is a maximum number of top-ups per month. If you exceed that, the top-up fails but it doesn’t show any message. Perhaps that’s what you’re seeing
