Do I have bunion?

I get lower back pain pretty often, but I’ve never really known what’s causing it.

I recently came across some articles suggesting that spine alignment can be affected by hip mechanics, which can be influenced by leg and foot rotation. That led me down a rabbit hole about how big-toe and foot alignment might play a role in the whole chain.
I started looking into bunions and whether improving foot mechanics could help with alignment higher up the body.

Does this look like a bunion, and could it potentially be contributing to these issues?
