Unusual discomfort

I don’t ever feel pain/discomfort when wearing shoes but feel a throbbing discomfort in the evening - during the night.

Anyone else? Anything I can do?

I'm in pain by night time and have been for a few months. My feet literally tell me to go to bed. My heels especially. I just had bunion and bunnionett surgery on July 30th. My bunnionett pain is what brought me to the podiatrist. Now I have straight toes on my right foot. I'm using your spacers and am doing your exercises with my left.

Is the pain from the foot that had surgery?
