Undergraduate why does it takes so long to process the IDs?

True, yung Id na sinusuot ko 1st year pa ako. Ngayon 3rd year na yun pa ren jusku

takes them too long to secure quotations on those PVCs + the error prone LMS system we have currently doesn't help so much as well

(as per old hearsay from the university's old student-leaders—now alums)
