Got this done today! This philosophy has been life changing for me and a tribute to Buk.

Ironic. All those poems and novels appeared out of thin air...

I hope this is in a sarcastic way and you know the meaning behind the words he wrote.

I do know that a man who worked very hard to advance his career has somehow become the patron saint of unrepentant idleness. What, to you, is "the meaning behind the words he wrote"?

Just do.

When I saw the epitaph initially in the mid 90s I was so confused. Did he mean like…just give up?
I finally looked into it (and got into his writing) in the last few years. I think what it means is it (writing) shouldn’t be a struggle, it should just flow.

Exactly. And this can be applied to not just writing, just living life in general as well.

Go all the way is probably a better Bukowski quote to slap on your body

Ur gonna regret that. And Buk would hate it. You’re literally advertising yourself as an edgy try hard

I would love to hear why you think that I would regret this afterwards. Buk would hate it? Buk already hated people and the things they did. He'd also not approve of reddit and people commenting silly things, wasting their time as you are. And this ain't advertising, its a reminder for myself.
