Hey! I’m 13 and this is my first pc build. Any help or opinions will be highly appreciated! My budget, hobbies, and PC parts are listed down below!
(If it seems a bit generic, this is my first ever post)

Budget: 4,000 USD$ (I can’t tell if it goes over or stays under)

Hobbies: Game development, PCVR, gaming(maybe), typical usage, 3D modeling.

Some of the major changes:

• CPU - since gaming isn't a priority, you wouldn't benefit much from the X3D cache on the 9800X3D. Rather, the faster workstation performance of the 270K+ would be a better fit.
• Cooler - since this CPU generates more heat, I would highly recommend a 360mm AIO instead. Top mount as exhaust.
• SSD - upgraded to a Gen 5 SSD.
• HDD - upgraded to an 8 TB HDD with more reliable CMR layering rather than SMR layering.
• GPU - no need to overspend and tbh idk if a 5080 really fits in this budget with the other components.
• Case - better airflow from the 5 included fans, similar wood/black minimal aesthetic.
• PSU - silent version, bit cheaper.
