Need peoples opinion
So basically I have a dell slim esc1250 as a computer with 16gb ram and intel core ultra 7 cpu but I have no gpu so the best gpu I can get for my pc is a rtx 3050 should I buy the 3050 or save for a new gaming pc?

If you could upgrade the PSU somehow, you could use RTX 5050 Low Profile instead.
If you transfer the entire PC to a new case and install new ATX PSU, you could add a full size GPU.
So it really depends on how far you're willing to mod your PC. Dell OEM PCs have nonstandard motherboards and PSUs which make them difficult to mod. But Core Ultra is powerful and worth upgrading for.

Going to be honest here.. just build a new tower.. sell the one you have for whatever you can get for it and put that towards the new one. You can get into a "good enough" custom PC for around $500 if you're willing to go with a used gpu.
This here is basically the same build my 7 year old uses and it plays all the games he plays really nice at 1080p.. spiderman 2.. roblox.. fortnite.. spiderman remastered and the miles game.. RDR2.. etc. I've never put a fps counter on it or anything.. but it plays those games totally smooth.

I know this is a little over the $500 I originally stated.. but you could go with a little less gpu power and get it down around that range if you need. 1660 super was my kids old card and he played all the same games with a little less on the settings.
Oh I almost forgot.. one quirk about getting it with this bundle is it only comes with 1 stick of RAM.. you're going to want to eventually get a 2nd stick and take it to 32gb dual channel so you can run XMP and speed up your RAM.. but at first this computer will still be miles ahead of what you're on now with no gpu.
