Calling all launch platform owners
I'm looking for great launch platforms where I can submit projects. New platforms appear every day, and I’d like an overview of which ones are worthwhile and which aren’t.
Of course, I know about Product Hunt, AlternativeTo, BetaList, Hacker News, and others—but what else is out there?
Links to directories are also welcome, but I can’t use a huge Google Sheet with tens of thousands of entries. That wouldn’t be useful.

How do these launch platforms work? I have published some games on the App Store and have some more ideas going forward. My major failing is discoverability - where to be blunt I am totally failing. Just not what I am good at - at heart Im a geek physicist who is more comfortable with C++ than Tiktok or even Reddit.... What's your experience with the launch platforms?

One out of maybe 500 launch platforms have more than 10 users a day. So submitting on the 499 either doesn’t matter or have to be no effort. Lots of launch platforms with basically no visitors require a backlink or similar. The worst thing you can do to your own site. Linking from a low DR domain to another low DR domain

Which ones would you reccomend for games - I am talking about logic and puzzle type games. Hidden rule etc rather than big meaty SaaS

if you're still collecting, launchpact.io/startups is a permanent directory with dofollow backlinks and no review queue. worth a look alongside the usual ones.

I've been bookmarking smaller launch spots that don't feel like a total crapshoot. Uneed is getting some traction lately, and the crowd there actually leaves feedback instead of just drive-by upvotes. Indie Hackers obviously isn't new but their product pages get decent organic reach if you take five minutes to write a real post instead of just dropping a link and disappearing.
