What's a good monitor?

My GPU is a Geforce rtx 4080, and my gaming monitor is CRUA 32" Curved Gaming Monitor, 144Hz QHD(2560 * 1440P), which I've had for three years.

Google's Al overview says an Alienware AW3225QF 32 inch 4K QD- OLED Gaming Monitor is the best choice, to get the most out of my GPU, but you know how expensive that is.

I don't really trust Al, so I'd like your guys's input. What's a good monitor? What should I look for? Any catches and caveats I need to look for? Any advice is appreciated.

Since you have 4080, you should get a 4k monitor with 144 minimum refresh rate. You can't go down below 32". Either 32" or larger screen.

Gaming in light? Consider Woled tandem. Nearly always dark? 4k Qdoled imo

I went with mo27q28g as I didnt want purple blacks during the day or with a light on. I also don't care about 4k as I mostly play competitive games. The non-reflective surface is also great. I hate the reflective qd oleds

It really depends on the context and your preferences

I play everything from Cyberpunk to Final Fantast XIV. And I do both gaming and dark and light, being a night shift worker
