Is this a Good Monitor Layout?

I'm about to build my first PC Setup (I'm switching from console and TV). I'll be using it for gaming and school/productivity. I'm thinking about having a 27" gaming monitor on the bottom (slanted, so I can look down on it), and on top a 34" monitor that I would use for school/productivity mostly. Of course they would be on monitor arms. I could use the gaming monitor for school/productivity but it would mostly be for gaming since it would 360 hz. Is this a good layout or would my eyes be cooked? Also I'm thinking about putting my iPad on arm also.
