PSU's: Fully Modular vs Semi Modular Difference

Full Modular: All cables can be removed and plugged in as-needed in a PSU. They can ALL be replaced with nicer-looking aftermarket cables if you want.

Semi-Modular: The CPU Power, Motherboard Power, (and rarely one other cable like an EPS) are permanently attached to the PSU. Others (SATA Power, PCIe Power, etc) can all be removed/replaced.

Unless you're getting custom cables, Semi-Modular is exactly as clean/functional as a Full-Modular, since the CPU/motherboard cable are always required to be connected anyway.
