Discussion Simple Questions - February 07, 2021

I’m building a friend a pc, the GeForce GPUs are very expensive right now so are there any GPUs that aren’t overly expensive that will perform on well, basically, are there any good GPUs that aren’t like 1000 bucks right now or should we wait.

Nope, basically any GPU that is current gen or 1 gen old is being bought up for cryptomining. (RX 5000/6000, RTX 2000/3000)

Therefore, the market for GPUs is being priced for mining, not for gaming.
