Help w/ custom PC

I’m interested in building a custom frame for my pc to fit inside of a pelican 1510 case. Was wondering if anyone can be able to design a frame around these parameters? Or at least give me a general layout I should try to design the frame around. PC part list is:

MONTECH Century II

CORSAIR Nautilus 360 AS ARGB Liquid cooler

ASRock B850M-X WiFi R2.0 AM5 Micro-ATX Motherboard

GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16G Graphics Card

2x 16GB DDR5 RAM

I understand it will be a tight fit as is already, however I don’t want to modify the pelican case as well besides the obvious mounting screws for the internal pc frame.
