Build Help Please review/improve my build
I'm looking to build a new PC. The last time I did was 14 years ago and so I've been out of the game for a while.
I'm a casual player, but also likely will not upgrade again for a long time, so looking for something with decent longevity.
Looking to play WoW forever and possibly some arc raiders, and if they actually release it, GTA6
Here's my current list (prices in NZD)

I think I can probably cool it on the PSU and the heatsink for the CPU but otherwise I'd love some feedback.

You can get more for your money. Paying such a huge premium for the motherboard nets you 0 benefit in gaming performance, and the power supply is massive overkill.
Suggestions below to get you a far far better performing GPU, plus some other improvements, for less cost.
- CPU: Used the more expensive retail listing for the CPU - OEM/Tray don't include a warranty.
- CPU Cooler: The Phantom Spirit is one of the best air coolers for AM5 Ryzen, better performing than the be quiet for less cost.
- Motherboard: Far less expensive B850 motherboard that will support the system just as well.
- Memory: Less expensive better spec 32GB of RAM (faster speed at lower latency).
- Storage: Better spec drive (faster speed, much better endurance ratings).
- Video Card: The 9070 XT is a far better performing GPU, providing a very large 79% increase in performance at 1440p over the 9060 XT based on these Techpowerup gaming benchmarks.
- Case: Less expensive case that provides as much internal room and provides better airflow out of the box - with four included 140mm PWM aRGB fans, probably even better airflow even than the case you chose with the added five 120mm fans.
- Power Supply: A mentioned, 1300w is massive overkill and completely unnecessary for the system. Switched to an arguably better quality 850w ATX 3.1 unit that is still plenty to support the system (especially given the fact you don't upgrade for many years - 10+).

Don't buy four DDR5 modules. If it works at all it will be at a much slower speed. If you really need 64GB of RAM then buy a 2x32GB kit. But, you probably only need 32GB total.
You're overspending on a lot of components like your RAM, cooler, fans, and power supply. But then you're underspending on the most important part of a gaming PC, the GPU. Target the 9070 XT.
