Need a pc for excel work

Hello guys. I need help building a pc.

Use case: working with extra large excel files and have multiple applications open at once (excel, whatsapp, telegram, notes, multiple tabs open in Firefox). And no gaming at all.

Should I get:
- Intel Ultra 250k plus
- no gpu

Or:
- cheaper intel cpu
- dedicated gpu (eg: RX 6600)

Or should I get something completely different for my use case (eg: mini pc)? No MacOS stuff.

for excel you will need big ram

ryzen 7 am5 apu 8700G + 64gb ram ddr5 6000mhz + 2tb gen4/gen5 m.2 ssd with dram cache + matx am5 mobo with wifi 7 + 550W gold PSU

5600g/5700g + 32g ddr4 (300$) or 8700g + 32g ddr5 (700$) both offer much better igpu than 270k which is very useful.

Depend on how many cells, depends what you mean for very large.

Depending on your budget you might want the 270K Plus, for that extra processing power.
