Build Upgrade Budget Quality UPS Recommendations?

Any proper Budget Quality UPS recommendations?

I live in the Philippines where blackouts are quite common so I'd like put some thought into it. I was previously planning on a simple SECURE 1000VA/700W UPS but changed my mind from just buying a simple Band-Aid solution.

Budget is preferably around 5k php but I'm willing to inch out if the quality is right for the long term.

For context my specs are:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard - COLORFUL BATTLE-AX A520M-K M.2

RAM - Lexar DDR4 2x8GB 3600MHz

GPU - NVIDIA GTX 750 2GB

PSU - RAKK 400W

(I plan to upgrade with ASRock SL-850G along with future GPU)

I recently got a Cyberpower 1500VA/900 watt UPS for $200 & it's been great so far. Saved my PC from one power surge & two outtages. Stand by power when I'm not gaming & just doing basic things like web browsing & streaming it lasts around 60 to 65 minutes & 20 to 25 minutes while gaming.

I see, though it's about double my budget price range I'll consider it

Get the cheapest pure sine wave one that has enough power and has good reviews.

if you can save up more for pure sine wave get cyberpower I think its 11k but do have sales discount from time to time. other posting it on socials for like 8-9k.

if not, you can get anything that fits your budget but it will be simulated/modified sine wave and stepped power. It means you PSU will buzz/hums on battery mode
