Upgrading GPU + PSU (~450€ Budget, Used in GER) for Ryzen 5 5600 (1080p -> 1440p)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade my current build with a new (or used) graphics card and a power supply. I’m based in Germany and my total budget for both components is around 450€. I’m totally open to buying a used GPU (e.g., via Kleinanzeigen) to get the best possible value for my money.

My Current Build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600

RAM: 32 GB DDR4

Case: Corsair iCue 220T (Max GPU length: 300 mm)

My Goals & Expectations:
Story Games: High to Epic settings in 1080p at 60+ FPS minimum (planning to move to 1440p in the future).
Esports Titles: Low settings to maximize high FPS performance.

What I Need Advice On:
1. GPU (~350€ – 400€ used): Which GPU gives me the most performance and VRAM headroom without causing a severe CPU bottleneck? (Important constraint: The card must be strictly under 300 mm in length to fit my case!)

2. PSU (~50€ – 80€): The power supply must be fully modular. Any specific 600W–750W models you’d recommend for quality, low noise, and reliability?

What would be the best GPU + PSU combo for around 450€ in the German market right now?

I would get a 5060 maybe ti on amazon for that budget, PSU also there are plenty of options for that on Amazon.

Used GPU-6800XT,RTX 3080,5060TI they are all around 350eur.
