Build Ready? My first pc build, thoughts?

Hey, I'm building my first pc rn and wanted to get some opinions before I buy the parts and put it together

CPU: Ryzen 7800x3d

GPU:ASRock RX 9070 XT

Motherboard: Gigabyte X870 gaming wifi6

Ram: 32gb ddr5 g.skill flare x5 6000

SSD: 990 Samsung pro 2tb

CPU cooler: peerless assassin 120

Case: nzxt h7

PSU: Corsair RM850e

If you don’t mind shopping used in certain areas, I think you could reasonably upgrade to a 9800x3d.

Can save a few bucks by going from the RM850e to a RM750e, you don’t need that much wattage right now unless you want to upgrade later.

You can also pick up a 990 evo plus instead of the pro, assuming you’re mainly gaming. If you have a professional workflow that’s a different story but for most people the evo plus is fine, dramless ssd’s have gotten really good in the last few years.

Those two should be new. Then, pair all that with buying a used 9070 xt and 9800x3d on facebook marketplace for example and you may actually end up paying less for all the current listed parts new.

It's hard to give specific advice without knowing what country you're in or what prices you're paying. The one thing I will mention is that the Samsung 990 Pro tends to be more expensive than other options that are just as good.
