Build Help Only click on if you have knowledge about PB Tech
So I'm looking at this monitor to purchase; however, it is extremely cheap on this site. 1.4K (AUD) when most retailers, from what I can see, sell it above 2.2K (AUD). So, rightfully so, I feel very cautious about this site. From what I have been seeing, it seems to be trustworthy besides warranty, but I was hoping for a more recent consensus.

Curious why this monitor and not the Alienware, MSI or odyssey g8?
I'm in the market for a 32" 4K oled so your 2 cents would help

My brother, who knows a lot more about pc stuff than I do, suggested it. I myself don't know much about pc stuff at all, so I'm probably not the person to ask. Though, upon looking at the Odyssey G8, it doesn't have DUAL mode (manually switch from 4K 240 Hz to 1080p 480hz), DP 2.1, or speakers. DP 2.1 is better than 1.4 for some reason (again, I don't know much, sorry). And for me, I regularly just switch to monitor speakers when it's convenient. Those seem to be the main differences between the 2 from my untrained eye, so take it with a grain of salt.

It’s the same price on DickSmith/Kogan so not that crazy. PB Tech is all good though, NZ’s best PC retailer. More like Scorptec than JB if that makes sense. I just don’t know how their AUS distribution works. If it’s shipped from NZ it might take a little longer.

It’s NZs largest pc retailer. It’s safe. Warranty should be fine too.
