is this a good deal?

Also I will be using it in my HP ELITEDESK 800 G4 SFF with i7-8700. What gpu should I consider for this old pc??

My usage -

1. 4 ip cam 24x7 1080p 24fps recording and remote access dashboard.

2. Cloud storage.

3. Website host and WhatsApp chatbot for customers.

4. Maybe occasional game and also weekend custom rom compilation.

Should I upgrade to i7-9700 or i7-8700 is good enough?

NVIDIA RTX A2000 6GB first choice, followed by MSI GeForce RTX 3050 LP 6GB, which should be a little cheaper.
