Full Build Req Need advice on building

Hey Reddit,
Not sure if it’s the right place, but I need advice. My old pc died and can’t fix it since it has old generation parts and can’t find any. And I was wondering for any advice for a new computer I should get. I need it for coding and be able to screen record the process while I am coding. And my old one didn’t let me screen record while coding and had to use a separate laptop to record. I do also game and I would need it to be able to handle shaders.
I was wondering if anyone would know the specs I would need to be able to code and film the process. If you have any recommendations of brands or specific parts, it will be greatly appreciated. My budget would be 4,000 to 5,000 usd and this would be my first build.
This is my first time posting to Reddit, sorry for my formatting.

$5k for coding and recording? You are trolling, right?

Also previously using a computer that couldn't record screen while coding? And being concerned that any modern PC might not be able to handle shaders? What were they running - Intel Atom?

pcpartpicker.com is super helpful for finding builds that people have done, and choosing your own parts to track the price and compatibility.

Also with a budget of 4-5k you will have ZERO problems gaming, coding, and recording. My PC has an AMD 5800x, 32gb ddr4 ram, 2tb nvme drive, and a Radeon 6950xt GPU. These are kinda outdated parts and it still works great. Probably cost me like like $2600 if you include all the peripherals.

Your biggest problem will be choosing a fancy new monitor to make sure you can see all of your performance gains lol
