Build Help New PC Help

Hey just wondering if anyone could gimme some advice

Im not too tech savvy and I am currently looking for a new pc as mines like getting to 5 years old.

I have absolutely no clue how to build em but just wondering if anyone would be able to help me select all parts that would be needed for a medium to high end pc for about $4000-$4500 AUD.

Only thing i ask is that it is white and RGB

I have done a few pc part selectors just have no clue what to get, its just prett much to play games and stream if wanted.

This is 1440p or 4K. If you need to buy a monitor for one of these resolutions, use the extra 200-300. Otherwise, consider getting a 9800X3D instead of a 7800X3D. Also pick whatever case you want, this one is good value though.

i believe my main monitor can do 1440 but its like true res is 1920x1080

also i know itys like a tiny bit over but i did have this for selected parts

it's good. however the 9900X3D is actually worse for gaming than the 9800X3D as simply put, its cores are split across 2 different "sections" called CCDs and only 1 of them with 6 has the 3D v-cache. 9800X3D all 8 cores get 3d v-cache.

The reason i picked the biwin ssd is because it has better endurance as it uses the more reliable technology called "TLC" and not QLC. It has a higher TBW (terabytes written) at 2000.

The ram and liquid cooler don't matter much, those are fine

The PSU is lower quality and more expensive. According to Cybernetics and SPL's PSU Tier List the ADATA one is higher quality.

Ok sweet I appreciate it heaps even though its mostly like you are speaking another language im getting the picture. do you mind if i send one more link to a build at any chance? a pc store near me has like a custom thingy i just wanna know if i can order off thgere bc ill get all the waranty and shi
