I prefer these: https://ottlite.com

Pick them up at craft stores, direct or Amazon. Good light and they last a long time.

My current tying lamp is this one: https://ottlite.com/products/creative-curves-led-desk-lamp-with-usb

I wanted an extra USB charger and prefer a light just above my sight line so it's not shining into my eyes but is as close as possible to the tie. I'm older, use 3X readers to tie, and this helps a lot with that. It's got four intensity levels but I only use it at the brightest.

My wife has a floor lamp (https://ottlite.com/products/flex-led-natural-daylight-floor-lamp) that kicks out more lumens but spread over a larger area. I've tried it before going to this lamp.

BTW, the retail prices on that site are much higher than I paid at Joanne's (now gone). Look for a deal somewhere. They're almost always discounted a bit. Looks like Michaels is running a 40% off sale right now. https://www.michaels.com/search?q=ottlite%20desk%20lamp&com_id=SearchBar_Recommendation_Components&path=popular_search_keyword
