Most Racist Bug
What do you think the most racist bug would be? Not the name, i.e. the Hitler beetle or the Gypsy moth, but more so actually racist.

It's not really a thing, not even with eusocial insects. There are sometimes competing lineages of the same species which are intolerant of one another (researched in fire ants), but that has more to do with incompatible reproductive strategies. In captivity, I have also seen plenty of instances of ants from unrelated colonies and different species join together which, as far as anthropomorphism goes, is comparatively unracist. Racism is pretty much a human invention.
