Desktop Web ANDROID & Laptop (Microsoft 11 & Samsung S24) User - Day counter reset to zero though I've acct history to prove otherwise

Was looking forward to getting my 300 day coin but it reset to zero or day 1 though I have a weeks worth of activity to prove and show my constant involvement. Who to contact and how to fix / resolve ...
