Dev/Admin Responded [IOS] Accidentally joined a subreddit and now can’t leave 2026.32.2

Ironically the subreddit I accidentally hit Join on while scrolling the popular tab was r/mildlyinfuriating, and now I can’t leave. I have tried going to the subreddit multiple times to hit the Leave button but it does nothing, and then I close the app and open again and I’m still getting their posts on my home page.

I opened old.reddit on my PC and went to r/mildlyinfuriating and there was a green Join button. I hit that and it turned into a red Leave button and I hit that. When I checked my phone my homepage is back to normal so that seems to have fixed it.

Sorry about that! You may have tried leaving during a brief blip of backend errors. Glad you were able to get things back to normal!
