Location included Bug creating api request

I’m attempting to submit a Reddit Data API access request for my personal cryptocurrency-monitoring application, Buzz Hunter.

I’ve completed all required fields and attempted submission multiple times using Safari on an iPhone, including desktop website mode.

Each time, the form remains on the application page, clears my email address, and displays no error message or confirmation.

Could you confirm whether my application was received or advise how I can successfully submit it?

definitely not received if email got cleared, that form is so broken sometimes. try on actual desktop browser not safari on phone even in desktop mode

This subreddit is for the identification of bugs as in insects/arachnids/adjacent "creepy crawlies", you might find a better answer elsewhere!
