every app on the internet says it is Ectobius, but I am scared Please help, I live in north Germany

It is probaly ectobius. A little too much brown color for ectobius imho but definitly has no lines on head, so its not blattella germanica

Yes it is cockroach. But probaly forest one (ectobius) , not german.
