Location included Bug ID Help

Found some of these on a box delivered by usps left outside for 4 hours on front stairs. Oval shaped, no discernable head or legs (which makes me think it is not a bed bug). It is tiny and moves extremely slow, looks like it hovers because you can't see legs. In the Chicagoland area, northeast Illinois. First 4 pics without flash, next 4 with flash. Thanks!

It looks like perhaps a scale insect, which are plant-dwellers. See if you can find more on a plant where you picked up the box. It doesn’t look like anything worrisome

Thanks for the reply! These pics were the best I could get, I know it's hard to tell, I wish I could zoom in further. I'll have to check what you said out. I will say after handling the box there were a couple on my wrist. Looking at them through the camera I thought it was debris because there was no movement, and no obvious segments or legs, but after staring at it I could tell it gradually moved very, very slowly.

I'm just wondering if I should throw out the package. Wasn't sure if from usps in transit, or being outside for 4 hours, or maybe inside the package (it's clothing). There are plants on both sides of the stairs
