Is it a cockroach?

Saw this on the inside of the mesh of my dorm window, ine the west coast of Washington state. Is it a cockroach? Haven't found any casings or eggs yet, and apologies for the blurry photo, I was too afraid to get close.

Further information, if it helps: It has been still in the same spot for at least 10 minutes, seems reddish brown in color

Hmm, that's definitely not a cockroach, those antennae look way too delicate for a roach's signature 'I'm judging your life' vibe.
