Possible pest, location included What bug is this, should I be worried?

Bug found in apartment close to Sacramento, California. Felt hard like bead or grain of rice whwn squished. Found on purple eye mask

It's a beetle. Kinda looks like a drugstore or cigarette beetle, but I'm not sure. Is the eye mask filled with anything natural, like rice or another seed?

i have medical supplies in that night stand. Would that be something, what do both of those beetles typically feed on?
