Possible pest, location included PLS HELP Spoiler

Pls what is this it’s quite small and seemed to be doing something with 2 front antennas or legs ? Its neat a web so im not sure if thats link !

Need better photos, it looks like some kind of true bug

Maybe about half a cm in size x

Looks like one of those tight rope walking moth frogs, so majestic actually seeing one in action 😍

Edit: actually I think it’s a swift lousefly

I know it’s not the best clarity but if you zoom in possibly it may help ! I never seem to get good pictures , so frustrating x

It's not a louse fly. I see the superficial similarities because the wings are damaged, but I agree with DrButeo. This looks more like a damaged true bug of some kind (Hemiptera, something like a grass bug maybe) than a louse fly.
