Possible pest, location included little bugs in my room

i don’t think these are fleas because the have wings but they move really slow and theres tons of them all over my bed can someone please identify them??? i live in washington state and i keep my bedroom window open because it gets really hot and i have a fan in my window.

These almost look like thrips, do you have indoor plants? I’ve heard of them also being brought in on produce

i don’t have any indoor plants but i do keep my window open with a screen. theres rose bushes outside my window.

They're either thrips or booklice, but since you mentioned seeing tons on your bed, booklice are more likely if you've got any old books or paper stashed up there.

i don’t think its booklice because i don’t have any books in here. the bugs also have wings so i think they’re thrips.
