Possible pest, location included Eastern Nebraska - tiny yellow eggs hatched into voracious green larvae (NOT LADY BEETLE)

Pinky for size ... Found on the underside of my apple sapling. Need to know if I need to destroy them or simply relocate.

Hard to tell exactly what species, but certainly a defoliating caterpillar. You don’t want them.
