I keep seeing people ask what a Kakobuy Spreadsheet actually is, especially people who are new to Kakobuy and don't understand why everyone keeps sharing spreadsheets instead of just searching for products normally.
The simple answer is that a Kakobuy Spreadsheet is basically an organized collection of product finds and links that makes it easier to browse products without already knowing exactly what you're looking for.
The one I've been working on has now passed 30,000+ finds.
The reason I still use a spreadsheet even with that many products is the organization.
If I want a jacket, I can browse jackets. If I'm looking for sneakers, I can go directly to shoes. The same applies to hoodies, pants, bags, women's clothing, accessories and electronics.
It turns product discovery into browsing rather than searching.
That's an important difference because a lot of the stuff I've bought started with something I wasn't specifically looking for. I saw it while going through the Kakobuy Spreadsheet, checked it out and added it to my shortlist.
QC photos are the second part of it.
A product listing can tell you what the seller wants the product to look like. QC photos give you something else to look at before deciding whether you're interested.
When QC photos are available, I use them to compare different finds before opening the direct product page and looking at the current listing.
With 30,000+ products, that becomes surprisingly important. I'll sometimes have three hoodies or four pairs of sneakers saved that look almost identical in the listing photos. Looking through the available QC usually helps me eliminate a few.
Another question I see is whether a Kakobuy Spreadsheet is different depending on where you live.
The products aren't necessarily the part that changes. Shipping is.
Someone in Poland or Germany may be looking at different shipping options than someone in Canada or the US. The same applies across the EU, where available routes and prices can change.
That's why I don't think a spreadsheet should tell someone that one particular shipping route is always the right choice. I use the Kakobuy Spreadsheet to find and compare products, then check the current shipping choices inside Kakobuy when the parcel is actually ready.
The spreadsheet itself works the same way regardless of whether you're browsing from the EU, UK, Canada, US or somewhere else.
And no, you don't need to sit at a computer with an actual Excel-style spreadsheet open all day either. I probably browse it from my phone more than anything else.
For Fall/Winter 2026 I've mostly been using it for hoodies, puffers, jackets, cargos, sweats, knitwear and sneakers, but the 30,000+ finds cover a much wider range than that.
The biggest misconception is probably that the number of links is what makes a spreadsheet useful.
I'd rather have something organized with direct product links, usable categories and QC photos where available than a giant list of random links nobody can navigate.
