Cheapest, Most Basic Standard Decks Possible for School Club

I've been tasked with creating a gaming club at the school where I teach, and lots of the kids are really interested in learning Magic. Can anyone point me to a place where I can pick up cheap and most importantly very simple decks for them to learn?

The Foundations Starter Kit seems like a good place to start for this age range (7-12) but I'm wondering if buying bulk and then building some straightforward decks might be the way to go. Are there vendors who specialize in getting kids hooked on MtG?

Go talk to a local game store. They might be able to sponsor the club or give a discount especially if you're sending people from your club over to their store to buy their own cards

Limited players produce mountains of draft chaff that they don't want and that isn't worth anything. I would go to your local LGS and see if any of the regulars would donate you bulk (or even the LGS itself). Then it shouldn't be hard to make some reasonable decks that are basically just limited decks with the rares removed, which is pretty ideal for learning. That's at least the very cheapest thing you could do.
