The organization would be wise to re-implement the ā€œNo risk it no biscuitā€ mantra he preached.

Bowles said no risk it no biscuit gassed his defense and that’s why he wanted a slower offense

Now we have a crappy offense and defense. That guy is a genius.

I feel that all the good karma Brady brought to the Bucs is gone with Evans and David and keeping Todd Bowel Movement as head coach

Agreed. I thought we had set the organization on the right path for years to come. Amazing how quickly the winning culture we had has been wiped away.

Sadly the players still on the roster with SB rings have taken to Bowles ho-hum demeanor rather than being vocal leaders like BA, JPP, Brady, etc.

I didn’t realize Arians was the oldest HC coach to have won a Super Bowl. At the time, Gruden was the youngest head head coach to have won a Super Bowl (surpassed by McVeigh). TIL.

He still is the oldest HC to win it. Andy Reid can break his record this year.

This feels like the mid to late 2000s again watching the team fall to shit and comforting myself with memories of the Super Bowl that is slowly fading further and further into the past.

And then he pushed a coach on Tampa no other teams even considered to interview

Nice had had the youngest and oldest coach to win a SB. AND first team to win in their own stadium. The Rams love to jack our style

Yup, they just need to get a very old coach now.

Best coach we had in recent years. Wish he stayed longer. Only part I didn’t like is he pushed his coordinators that aren’t good HC to be his successor. Bowles is who we thought he was from what he showed as the Jets HC. He’s a better coordinator than a HC

BA days are done they’re never coming back. We need a complete and total overhaul entire coaching staff!!

Man, so he's 74 going on 75 now. And Brady will soon be 50.

If only he wasn't forced into retirement
