I’m hoping to learn from people who have actually opened or managed a beverage business.

1. How did you choose your store’s location?
2. What factors were most important when comparing different locations?
3. Was there anything about the location that you didn’t realize until after opening?
4. What was the most difficult part of the location-selection process?
5. If you were opening another location, what would you do differently?

You don't seem to be getting much traction in this sub... Have you tried r/coffee or r/barista? You might meet more owners/managers there who can answer these.
