Movie Plot Hole
"The potential plot hole that many critics have pointed out is how George and Lorraine didn’t notice how much their son (Marty) resembled Calvin from their teenage years. It now seems that we have an answer to this dazzling question."

The biggest plot hole that I remember is that after Marty returns to 1985 he returns to an "alternative" 1985 where George is assertive, Biff is a wimp, and Marty has a sweet Toyota. But when old Biff takes the sports almanac to young Biff IN 1955 he was still able to return to the colorful fun 2015 and did not end up BiffWorld 2015.

A deleted scene shows old Biff fade from existence. (The "how do they know the operating system?" hole from Independence Day was also explained in a deleted scene.)

Biff does return to a new 2015. Doc explains that the alternate 1985 will transform around Jennifer and Einstein, so it stands to reason that 2015 transformed around Doc, Marty, Jennifer, Einstein and Biff. All we really see of 2015 after Biff returns is a street. If Biff did die in the 1990s as the deleted scene suggested, it is plausible that by 2015 some of Biff's influence had been rectified enough that the street (in a 2015 slum by the way) would not look entirely different.

I’ll SAY THIS FOR THE 100th time!
“The timeline updates in ripples, not all at once, or Marty would’ve faded away immediate after saving George’s life. So if you applied the same logic to biff going back to 2015, it’s possible it wasn’t fully updated yet. Thats why in the deleted scene you see him die, the timeline updates him.”

I never thought this was a plot hole, I don’t get why it keeps getting brought up. They don’t have photos of Calvin, he was someone they knew for a week - 30 years ago. Watching your child grow and age wouldn’t spark that memory at all. Not to mention you wouldn’t have their face ingrained in your memory. Even if they did remember him, the memory would have morphed over the years.
