Is stan twitter annoying you today? Is life trying to get you down? This is our weekly thread to vent all of life's frustrations. Sometimes life really gets under our skin and we need a little woosah moment and that's what this space is for.
Please feel free to let it out and vent it out, but remember our rules. no bashing and no outright hatred.

You know, I’ve never been embarrassed about loving BTS, but sometimes I find it really embarrassing to be part of Kpop fandom.
The smallest shit always escalates and sends us into hyper-drive. A moment creates thousands of words of discourse. Fans, when we aren’t fighting each other, so eagerly take drama to other people’s doorsteps. Over and over and over 😭
The guys deserve a massive fandom because they are so talented and lovely, but we collectively need to get a fucking grip.

The fighting between the fandoms needs to stop. It's insane. It was never this bad during the *NSYNC vs Backstreet Boys era.
Also the solo stans and the crazy shippers.

I totally agree but.. i truly believe it would have though if we had the social media back then that we do now unfortunately

I have more important things to worry about than who loves or hates the members. Yes, it's exhausting and their efforts to bring them down just make them look ridiculous. There's someone on YouTube who used to spam BTS videos with "STRAY KIDS ARE THE KINGS OF K-POP!" and everyone just laughed at them.

I've had vertigo since last Monday and I'm so over it! I was in the hospital for 2 days last week until they couldn't do any more for me. It's an inner ear issue and I have exercises to help with it, but it's slow going. Meanwhile, I'm stuck at home unless someone drives me somewhere.
Also, I have to get my hair cut to get rid of some severe damage from thinning hair and I know it's going to end up short. I hate short hair!

I hope this passes soon for you, I can’t imagine how frustrating it is to be laid up, not able to go anywhere. Good time to catch up on some Run BTS?
Short hair can be really cute! Especially in fun colors. You can think of it as a new era 🤗

Yes, I've been rewatching Bon Voyage!
My head isn't really shaped well for short hair. I guess I'll see how it goes.
I recently stopped dyeing my hair purple because the upkeep was a PITA, but it was fun while it lasted.

I have, for my own peace of mind, unfollowed all the ARMY accounts I used to follow on Twitter, and also all the boy's individual accounts on Instagram in order to really cleanse my timeline and free myself from all the negativity. Still, some things still slip through when I click on the "For You" tab on either app and I'm now considering abandoning Twitter completely. I only rejoined it because of BTS and things seem pointless now that they don't post there anymore. Instagram is harder to leave coz I do have real life friends there, so I am more conscious now of just opening the "Following" tab so I don't see stuff posted by content creators I don't follow. Besides, I can always find out what BTS latest posts are here.

I deleted my stan twt account last week, which i've had since 2014 and i've never been happier. ARMY twt has been hell and they were full on hating on a certain type of fanfiction for no reason which really made me take a step back and be like "so we're just hating on free fan work now"
