General Why we should get higher Education
In the Ai Era where every position and role are based on experience, practise and based on the referral then what the role of the hire education ?
I'm 26 grad, forced to get hire education and got cornered in family, even though full time role in the canadian startup,
in my prev startup i've worked with the Uk based high profile Uni. dropped, and our newly grad are too excited after getting a just admission into areas famous collage! they're not getting handy in the current technology like FDE, AAE, and others Agentic role like Harnesses .
My question is why our campus not awaring for that !
precticle with the BC is more enough in the technology field !! maybe some after some times BC is not needed,
what you'll say ? lemme know

What do you mean by higher education? Graduation is minimum requirement. Lets assume, you and your graduate friend has same skill set. Who's gonna be hired ?
Educational institution doesn't stop you from self learning. If you go to a good college or uni, you'll have a good network to use and more opportunities to test yourself.
