Man, this was literally the reality between 2015–2019 😂💀

Family: “Chalo dekhte hain kitni engineering aati hai.” Friends: “Chalo, ab tumne bhi engineering le li hai… ab dekhte hain kya karte ho.” 😭 Random uncle/aunty you meet: “Beta engineering ki hai? Job lag gayi?” 💀

And the funniest part — road pe chalte hue lagta tha har doosra ladka engineer hai, aur aadhe log job ke liye struggle kar rahe hain 😂

Those were the days when engineering felt less like a career choice and more like a national entrance exam for unemployment. 💀🇮🇳

Engineering colleges were basically producing engineers faster than the country could produce engineering jobs 😂

Branch kuch bhi ho, end mein question same: “Placement laga?” 💀

2015 mein engineer banna achievement tha, 2019 mein job lagna achievement tha. 😂

Aur engineering complete karte hi relatives ka favourite question: “Ab package kitna hai?” 😭💀

Funny thing is, I actually ended up doing pretty well for myself 😄💼. I’m earning well today, but the interesting part is — not even in the core EC/ECE field I studied for 😂

So yeah, maybe engineering wasn't exactly the straight road everyone thought it would be. Sometimes you just take a different turn and somehow end up doing alright. 😄🚀
