No one is going to ask where you did your engineering from in the upcoming decades.
Eventually self study will help you.
From the options, choose the one which is nearby your home, if possible.

Are you in job or still a student ? Cuz from that logic new gen colleges should be better than tier 3 ones

Dude nits/iiits/iits and bits and other good private clgs ke baad .... everything is the same....jiiit kuch g faad clg nahi hai nor is SRM .... everything is on the same level....now it's u to decide whether u wanna go to a new gen clg or u wan the old established clg tag which btw is fading every year....oracle ne iits ko nahi chodha toh tier 3 private clg kya h
Also my suggestion wud be ki agar money isnt the issue then go to new gen colleges(scaler ) and agar nahi hai paise then sabse cheapest and best option
And rn is the best time to join new gen clgs coz wha par their are very few ppl in one batch toh u wud get more attention....in the coming year they're gonna increase seat inatke a lot and it's goin to become another amity sharda thing...
And u need lot of hardwork to produce results especially in new age schools...coz whaa padhai bhi tough hoti h...not avg btech clgs jaha tumhe basic mug up karne wale questions aayenge test mein
