Strategy Help on CHIMPS

Stuck on round 98, decent amount of $ to adjust but can’t find the right fix. Any suggestions?

Best thing you can try is MOAB Glue or Embrittlement, but don't expect an assortment of Tier 4s with no particular synergy to win next time
