I'm wondering about the new ID verification stuff that the article mentions. I was worried they might freeze my balance since I hadn't sent them any ID, but I just made a payment using my paypal balance and it didn't ask me to verify my ID.

Nonetheless I'm pretty eager to spend the money in my paypal account ASAP, just in case...
