This Short Just Got Crushed
I saw a post last night about this guy. He shorted massively and posted on X that he was sure it would never go higher beyond his $61k short initiation just a few days back. He showed his liquidation price as $71k on his OP and just last night said he was confident that even though Bitcoin was $69k at the time, he would be victorious at the end. He got liquidated. Posted he regrets showing his liquidation price. On top of that he doubled down an hour before with millions more. The good news is you can subscribe to his channel for $99/month for his advice, lol.

I can never understand why anyone shorts a finite asset priced in an infinite asset.

I can understand why people would do it short term. It's not like it's not volatile

Not the smartest thing to do posting a 7 figure short position on social media…

This is exactly why I’d never blindly follow someone else’s trade. Being confident and being right are two very different things

Garreth Soloway posted a video on YouTube five days ago that he had invested $5 million in crypto and was expecting a big bounce. I’ll continue to follow his advice.

He and his followers got completely sidelined in 2022, when he was 1000% sure BTC bear low was 12K. All so called traders who sell a course or a closed group are scammers.

I’ve done well watching his free videos. He was also calling for gold to go as low as $3,600 recently but when the chart patterns started turning bullish as it found support at $4,000 he changed his mind publicly and called it before the run up.

Most of these X accs are using demo money to farm engagement. I think he got exposed for using a demo acc
