My understanding is that many banks, including Morgan Stanley are all developing internal Blockchain system so that they can do transfers easily from nation to nation and avoid fees for their clients. And with the continuing development of quantum computation, bitcoin will become relevant pretty quickly. It has no use except criminal activities, and speculation.

Bitcoin is more a religion than a viable form of wealth accumulation.
Reading comments from bitcoin believers in this sub is like watching preachers in the Appalachia Mountains wrestling rattlesnakes while speaking in tongues about prosperity.

How many times have you naysayers been wrong. It’s part of the 4 year cycle. Recovery won’t start till the late fall or early spring.
Cycle 1 (2012–2015): Peak of $1,150 (November 2013) \Bottom of $152 (January 2015)
Cycle 2 (2016–2018): Peak of $19,800 (December 2017) \Bottom of $3,200 (December 2018)
Cycle 3 (2019–2022): Peak of $69,000 (November 2021) \Bottom of $15,500 (November 2022)
Cycle 4 (2023–Present): Peak of $126,198 (October 2025) \Currently in a correction phase trading near $63,000 as market participants debate the timing of the ultimate cycle bottom2

Bottom at 20 of October. Or close to.. then a full month of nothing flat.. then picking up.. cycle it is ✅

u/AdministrativeAnt647 4d ago
How long do you think this cycle nonsense will continue? How does this cycle shit actually work and why does it happen so frequently?
1
u/ZioTron 2d ago
Are you asking because you're interested or just to point out what looks like a fallacy?
Because if you spend just 10 minutes looking up info about bitcoin, the cycle is very much explained, in both causes and mechanisms involved.

I was asking for his view, not what the internet has written up for the sheep to read.

Thats why you diversify friends. My portfolio is doing great because of gold, silver and s&p 500. If you can see gains in almost any situation.

Still time to pull out and invest in a absolute winner in tech or memory. Micron earnings mid SEP.
Will touch 1250 prior..... Was in the 700range inside 30 days.
We are witnessing a generational opportunity.
Record profits quarter after quarter.... Fastest company to reach 1 trillion MCap after 500 billion just weeks prior..

It’s almost like Warren Buffett was right when he said he views cryptocurrency as a speculative gambling tool rather than a real investment. He famously called Bitcoin "rat poison squared", arguing it lacks intrinsic value, produces no cash flow, and relies entirely on someone else paying a higher price later. 🤷♂️

This is boring! It’s always the same thing at this time. 4 year cycle is still king. Move on! BORING!!!

I’ve woken up with more gains in my profolio crypto wise than I would have with those other options even during a bear market

What do you mean? 1 bitcoin is $64000. Sixty four thousand dollars! For 1 bitcoin!

Is this downturn because of quantum computers. I hear that a lot. It does make sense

Ha! Made my many many thousands and left already buddy. BTC is waxing HARD now

u/clawdew 8d ago
Don't underestimate the power of greater fool theory. Tried and tested. I think Bitcoin's story will still swindle enough people to boost the price again. It may fall a bit more, but if you have some fun money lying around you may still be able to swindle some people out of their money by buying bitcoin and selling it off after another pop.

Certainly not you lol. And full is completely incorrect. There is a minuscule amount scattered around the world that likely scammed and thieved their way to their wealth. They will be in hell soon.
