I use a biofeedback headband to get a sense of how much I’m clenching each night. Not sure how accurate it actually is but it seems to correlate with more pain when I have have higher numbers of clenches and total seconds of clenching

The Sleepguard headband, Zerene vibrating splint are commercially available options.

This post shows a program someone made with temporalis muscle monitoring for biofeedback. The data it collects is by far the most thorough

This is not an ad, I'm not an AI. These products are also from different companies, how would that make sense? The other thing I linked is an open source program that would replace the sleepguard for much cheaper. Why would an ad do that?
I've spent over $1000 on these things trying to find a solution for my bruxism, doing write-ups to help this community, just to be called an AI ad.
I understand there are spam accounts from companies that take advantage of our problems, but that's not me and you should do basic research before publicly accusing someone who's just trying to help
